The EVP Silicone Charge Tube Kit is a high-performance upgrade designed to replace the weak factory rubber boost hoses on the Can-Am Maverick X3. Engineered to withstand the extreme pressures of modified and big-turbo engines, these charge tubes eliminate the risk of hose expansion or "bursting" that often occurs with OEM components under high boost.
Constructed from 4-ply reinforced silicone, these tubes are rated to support over 80 PSI, ensuring your intake tract remains pressurized and leak-free in the most demanding racing conditions.
Performance & Structural Features
-
Extreme Boost Capacity: Rated for 80+ PSI, making them virtually burst-proof for any X3 power level.
-
Leak-Proof Connections: Includes heavy-duty, spring-loaded T-bolt clamps for the turbocharger, throttle body, and both sides of the intercooler to prevent hoses from blowing off.
-
Integrated Accessory Ports: Features a dedicated 1" Blow-Off Valve (BOV) port and an additional secondary port for a boost gauge or data logger.
-
Sealing Hardware: For riders not currently running an atmospheric BOV, the kit includes a premium billet anodized block-off plug and dedicated clamp.
-
Enhanced Aesthetics: Available in a variety of high-impact colors to match your vehicle's wrap or custom color scheme.
