The EVP Maverick R MG1 ECU Unlock & E85 Rising Rate Tuning program offers two distinct paths to bypass the factory speed and power limiters. With the introduction of the CodeShooter 2.0 App, owners can now achieve "Zero Downtime" by swapping their ECU at home rather than shipping their original unit across the country.

1. The ECU Unlock Process: Two Options

To tune a Maverick R, the MG1 ECU must first be "unlocked." You can choose the method that best fits your schedule:

2. E85 & Rising Rate Power Flashes

EVP’s Rising Rate tuning is specifically engineered for customers demanding maximum output using E85 fuel. This setup requires a mechanical fuel system upgrade to provide the increased volume E85 necessitates.

Rising Rate 340LPH Assembly: A complete "Drop-In" replacement. Includes a fully assembled OEM fuel housing and float. No modifications to your stock pump are required.
Rising Rate 340LPH Conversion Kit: A more budget-friendly DIY option that requires you to disassemble your OEM fuel assembly and reuse the pickup, float, and gasket.
Hardware Requirement: All Rising Rate flashes strictly require an EVP Silicone Charge Tube. You must use the auxiliary port that sees boost pressure only (do not tap into the BOV vacuum port).

3. Required Hardware & Support

CodeShooter ECU Device: A CodeShooter flashing device is mandatory for all tuning options on this platform. It allows you to switch maps and pair new ECUs using your smartphone.
WiFi/Cellular Pairing: The new CodeShooter 2.0 App allows for ECU pairing anywhere you have a data signal, making field updates possible.
Existing Customers: If your Maverick R is already unlocked and running a standard 91/93 pump gas tune, you can upgrade to the E85 Rising Rate program by calling (855) 387-8863.

Important Shipping & Returns

Core Refund: To receive your $1,000 refund, you must return your stock ECU within 14 days (30 days for international) and include your original Sales Order/Invoice in the box.
