The EVP Maverick R P47-400 Turbo System is a precision-engineered power upgrade that transforms your factory turbocharger through a sophisticated machining process. To minimize vehicle downtime, EVP utilizes a Turbo Core Charge and Inspection process, ensuring that every P47 conversion begins with a high-quality, verified OEM core.

Because this system relies on converting your existing hardware, the core must be in full working order with minimal wear and no structural damage to be eligible for the upgrade.

The P47-400 Turbo Core Process

Step	Action Required
1. Cleaning	Remove heat shields and use a high-pressure hose to spray all dirt, grease, and sand off the turbo and surrounding manifold area.
2. Stripping	Uninstall the turbo and remove the wastegate, bracket, manifold, and all hardware. Ship only the turbocharger unit itself.
3. Protection	Tape or plug all coolant and oil passages to prevent contamination or damage during transit.
4. Submission	Print, fill out, and include the EVP Turbo Core Form with your shipment to the Wisconsin facility.
5. Inspection	EVP will inspect the core for viability. Once approved, your P47 system ships within 3 business days (if in stock) or up to 14 days.

Selecting Your P47-400 Kit

Pricing for the P47-400 system is tiered based on your vehicle's current tuning status. All kits require an EVP CodeShooter Flashing Device for installation.

Existing X85 Tuned Customers ($4,490): For those who already have an EVP-unlocked ECU and the X85 Rising Rate tune. This is the hardware-only upgrade path.
Previously Unlocked (Pump/Race Gas) ($7,736): For customers who have an EVP-unlocked ECU but need to upgrade their software to the X85 Rising Rate calibration.
Stock / Untuned ($8,336): The complete "Turn-Key" package for vehicles that have never been tuned by EVP. Includes the full ECU unlock service and P47 tuning.

Critical Requirements

CodeShooter Mandatory: You must own or purchase an EVP CodeShooter device to flash the P47 calibration to your MG1 ECU.
Shipping Liability: EVP is not liable for shipping damage sustained in transit to their facility. Ensure your core is stripped of all accessories and packed securely.
