The EVP Racing Dynamic Twin Exit Muffler for the Can-Am Maverick R is a premium, high-flow exhaust solution designed for riders who want a significant boost in performance and sound without the complexity of an electronic valve. Handcrafted in the USA, this "always-on" performance muffler delivers a deep, exotic supercar note that is tuned specifically for the Maverick R's 1000cc triple engine.

By utilizing a 3" diameter flow path and a free-flowing oval canister, this system reduces backpressure to support high-horsepower tunes while providing a 6–8 HP gain over the factory exhaust.

Sound Profile & Performance

EVP engineers these mufflers with three integrated sound chambers to ensure the tone is "tuned to perfection" rather than just loud. It offers a more aggressive presence than stock but remains refined enough for all-day riding.

Bulletproof Construction

The Maverick R's turbocharger generates extreme heat at the exit point. EVP addresses this with industry-leading materials:

Schedule 10 Cast Stainless Elbow: The downpipe (if paired) features a thick cast elbow directly behind the turbo to prevent the exhaust from being "blowtorched" out—a common failure in 16-gauge competitive systems.
Thick-Walled 304 Stainless: The entire muffler is TIG-welded from premium 304 stainless steel for maximum durability and corrosion resistance in harsh off-road environments.
Free-Flowing Oval Canister: Designed to maximize power output for vehicles running "big tunes" and high boost levels.

Pro Tip: If you want the performance of a race exhaust but need to maintain a "stealthier" profile at idle, the Twin Exit is an excellent choice. At only 0.9 dB louder than stock at idle, it remains quiet in camp but truly opens up once you hit the throttle.
