Polaris Ranger 1000 G5 100 HP ECU Tune & Clutch Kit (2021+)

Transform your "doggy" factory Ranger into a high-performance machine with the Gilomen Innovations G5 100 HP Tune. Specifically engineered for 2018+ Ranger 1000 (Gen 2) models, this package redefines throttle response, top speed, and overall rideability.

Unlike many competitors who outsource their software, every Gilomen tune is developed in-house on an engine dynamometer to ensure perfect fuel and timing maps while maintaining all factory engine protections.

Performance Features

  • 100% Power in All Gears: Full throttle available in High, Low, and Reverse.

  • Speed & RPM Limits: Speed limiters are eliminated, and the Rev Limiter is raised to a safe 8800 RPM.

  • Cooler Operation: Cooling fan activation is lowered from 205°F to 190°F, extending engine life without affecting winter heater performance.

  • Driveability Fixes: Eliminates common false misfire codes (65590-65592) and alternator codes (520625).

  • OEM Integration: The 3-position dash switch remains functional ("Work" and "Standard" stay stock; "Performance" unlocks the G5 power). Turf Mode and Northstar A/C functions remain 100% operational.

Why You NEED This Clutch Kit

The stock Ranger clutching is designed for 6100–6400 RPM. However, the G5 Tune shifts the peak horsepower to over 7000 RPM. To harness this power, a clutch recalibration is mandatory.
