Polaris Ranger 1000 G5 100 HP ECU Tune (Performance Tune Only)

The Gilomen Innovations G5 100 HP ECU Tune is the most aggressive calibration available for the 2018+ Polaris Ranger 1000 (Gen 2) models. Developed entirely in-house on our engine dynamometer, this tune transforms your machine’s power delivery, response, and top speed while maintaining all critical engine protections.

IMPORTANT: This product includes the ECU Tune only. It does not include a clutch kit. To achieve the 100 HP potential, proper clutching is mandatory. Stock clutching is designed for 6100–6400 RPM, while this tune shifts peak power to over 7000 RPM. Using stock or inferior clutching will result in poor performance.

  • Fan settings 20 degrees lower (190°F) to keep engine running cool and lasting longer

  • Speed limiters eliminated

  • False misfire and alternator codes eliminated

  • Engine protections and A/C function (Northstar models) left in place

  • Retains Turf mode and heater function 100%

  2. New/Used ECU: Purchase a brand new or used ECU (Core Exchange) to minimize machine downtime.

  3. Remote Tuning: Compatible with EZ LYNK, Dynojet Power Vision, HP Tuners, and the Gilomen i-Flash device.

Winter Performance Note: Lowering the fan temp to 190°F does not affect your heater's performance. The engine's 180°F thermostat maintains proper heat levels for the cab, as tested during harsh Minnesota winters.
